Project 515

These clients decided to settle down in a dreamy location nestled in the woods. Paradigm homes helped design and create a home that would compliment its dreamy surroundings.
With relaxing and entertaining in mind, we got to work on building this bungalow-style home. It includes an angled garage, screened in back porch, an open-concept kitchen and living area. The 2 beds, 2 baths, full custom pantry, and mudroom provide all the necessary amenities, while the two-car heated garage and unfinished recreation room in the basement offer additional space for leisure activities. Some additional features of this home include, custom installed cedar beams, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, custom beams, stamped front and back patios, composite decking, hot tub, and heated ensuite flooring are all luxurious touches of this home. We’re particularly proud of the additional features that make this home truly special. These luxurious touches elevate the home and create a truly relaxing and enjoyable living experience.

Mason's Build

In 2021, the LJC Team [now Paradigm Homes] participated in making a positive impact within the community by donating their services and supplies to the Galambos’ Family. Mason Galambos is an 8 year old boy who is living with Allan-Herndon-Dudley Syndrome (AHDS), an extremely rare genetic disorder also known as MCT8 deficiency. His condition comes with an extensive amount of physical and financial challenges. Luke and the team put a brand new addition onto the Galambos’ Home to provide as much accessibility for Mason’s daily living situation. This new addition helped the family immensely by providing him with a fully accessible washroom and bedroom. Although this completed project has been life-changing for the family, Mason’s needs continue to grow and a wheelchair accessible van is now essential.

Project Home Build for Healthcare

Paradigm Homes is proud to be able to provide support to the community. In 2024, we were particularly pleased to participate in the Home Build for Healthcare initiative, organized by Tobey Developments, in Brighton, Ontario.
Our team contributed its services to the construction of this home working alongside many other dedicated organizations. Once sold, the net proceeds from this home will be donated to the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation, directly supporting the purchase of essential hospital equipment.
We believe that giving back is an important part of our corporate responsibility, and we remain committed to supporting our community in meaningful ways.

Project Lake House

Our clients purchased this lot with the dream of building their forever home, a place of relaxation on the water. They decided to rebuild the existing cottage from the ground up to ensure a sound and promising future.
One of the highlights of this project was the use of Big Ass Plans. This innovative tool allowed the homeowners to walk through a life-sized scale of their plans and experience their space before construction began. With Luke’s guidance, they were able to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. This process not only enhanced their visualization of the new living space but also boosted their confidence in the layout of their forever home. While the home is still under construction, we’ll be sure to share updated photos as it nears completion.
Currently this home will include 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living area, recreation room, covered outside patios, cathedral ceilings and a 2 car garage. We can’t wait to show you the finished home!

Project Pine

Project Pine clients acquired a plot of land in their desired location that had an existing home in need of rebuilding. This now two story custom built home includes an open concept living and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den and a loft bonus space with ample storage. This home is finished with rustic pine throughout and includes upgrades to enhance everyday living and comfort.

Project Sunny

The original layout of this home lacked a central gathering area and was in need of some updates. Our team addressed these issues by adding a spacious new living room, dining area, and a wet bar. This addition now serves as the heart of the home and overlooks the backyard through large patio doors and windows.
Additionally, we included a mudroom and back entrance, which have greatly improved the home’s daily functionality. The outdoor decks have also been enhanced as part of the project. These changes have transformed this home and added comfort and functionality.

Project House on the Hill

Perched on a hill, this home was thoughtfully designed to capture stunning views throughout all the seasons. The interior boasts 10 ft ceilings, an elevator serving all 3 floors, and heated flooring in both the basement and garage. The exterior showcases Arriscraft Sone, among other high-end features.
The sleek, sophisticated design encompasses a 2 car garage, an open-concept living and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, a den, a recreation room, 3 baths, a mudroom, and a laundry room conveniently located on the top floor. Two outdoor patios with glass railings provide ideal spaces for enjoying the surrounding scenery.
This home was built with our clients’ long-term comfort in mind, offering both a practical living space and a welcoming environment for hosting family and friends.

Project 274

This custom build sits on the edge of Presquile Park, surrounded by beaches, trails, marinas and more. Its design includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and exquisite features throughout. This build includes a garage space with over 1500 sq ft, in addition to the double door garage, this separate garage space includes an office space in the loft above with a bathroom and boardroom. Inside this home you’ll find an open concept design with a focus on sunset views in mind. A full mudroom with custom cabinetry to organize all the outdoor necessities. The two toned kitchen features oak cabinetry, a large center island, quartz countertops, a hidden walk through pantry with an additional freezer and ample storage. The sleek wet bar features glass displays and a beverage fridge. The living room features a concrete surround gas fireplace and 8ft patio doors. Through the patio doors is a covered deck with vaulted ceilings and glass railings that lead to a lower patio to enjoy a fire or dip in the hot tub within the fully fenced in yard. The design focuses on functionality and simple elegance, making it ideal for a family. It is situated on an extra deep lot (183 ft) located near Presquile park, beaches, shopping, amenities. This home offers over 1600 sq ft of living space on the main level with a walkout basement. The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 1.5 car garage.
